Lal Bahadur, who was imprisoned for 7 months, was released from prison today

Biratnagar High Court has acquitted Lal Bahadur B.k of Itahari, who was caught in the fraud business of the owner, in the case of fraud and banking offences. The Biratnagar High Court acquitted Lal Badhur Bishwakarma reversing the Sunsari District Court’s order convicting him as a drunkard.

The Judge of High Court Judges Bipul Neupane and Milan Kumar Rai has ‘overturned‘ the order of the Sunsari District Court where the case started. According to the order of Deepak Gajmer, the owner of Singdevi Jewellers, located in Tarhra. Lal Bahadur B.K, who was working as a laborer, was fine more than 31.4 million and sentenced to 18 months in prison by the district court.

Lal Bahadur appealed to the High Court saying that he was innocent against the decision made by the district. The judgment was given on Tuesday in the case, which has been brought up several times in the High Court, but has not been heard many times and is adjourned.

Lal Badhur Bishwakarma will be released from jail on Wednesday with the order of the superior. According to the prison office, Lal Badhur Bishwakarma, who is a prisoner in the regional jail Jhumka, will be released on Wednesday after completing the process. Sabin Ghimire, a journalist of Bikalpa Khabar, who raised this case from the initial stage, is now waiting for a letter to release Lal Bahadur in the Biratnagar High Court.
